Linda Kohler-Barnes, an artist friend of ours who lives in Park City, Utah, taught us to look up. Wonderfully unconventional in her approach to art, Linda would take photos of an Italian tower…which was reflected in the side mirror of a parked car. Thus, one day, while visiting the Cathedral Saint Théodorit, I did as she had long ago instructed…and looked up. And what I found was a gorgeously worn cathedral ceiling.
