Uzes apricots are a marvel and a wonder. Swing off any major road in the area during summer and odds are good that you’re going to see  vast plantings of them, the fruit often so heavy on the trees that the branches hang low, and even touch the ground at times.

Most people don’t much care for apricots. That’s probably because they’ve never had an apricot like this: aromatic and tasty. Absolutely delicious.
